2022 Ad Hoc Cruel Mistress Pinot Noir

Semi translucent red to dark red colour with black shaded edges and a vibrant light red hue. Fragrant spicy red cherry, strawberry and rhubarb scents drift through the nostrils with some dried herbs and forest floor notes also evident. Light in body and possessing a fresh, elegant feel, the palate is decorated with red cherry, winter strawberry and rhubarb fruits which overlay a back drop of forest floor, dried herbs and spicy cedar. Polished tannins finishing with a fresh, savoury red fruited aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
