2021 Wilhelmshof Riesling Petersbuckel Spatlese Troken

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Elevated aromas of red apple skin, lime and honeysuckle ascend through the nostrils followed by some orange blossom and mandarin notes. Refreshingly tangy, the palate features lime, red apple and mandarin fruit over infusions of orange blossom and flinty mineral elements. Crisp citrusy acidity with a dry invigorating finish that has a zesty feel to it.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
