2021 Tyrrell’s Special Release Hunter Valley Shiraz Pinot Noir

A blend of 90% Shiraz and 10% Pinot Noir. Dark red core with black tinged edges and a bright purple red hue. Fragrant red cherry and raspberry aromas mix with red liquorice, dried herb and subtle spice. Juicy red raspberry and cherry fruits are underpinned by red liquorice, earth and infusions of fresh herbs. Elegant fine grained tannins. Finishes spicy with crunchy like acidity leading into an energetic red fruited aftertaste that’s quite savoury.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
