Made using the Saignee method from Mataro grapes with 30% of the wine undergoing barrel fermentation and aging in seasoned French oak hogsheads for 3 months.
Pale salmon colour with a nose of peach and cherry scents mixed with hints of blood orange and spice. On entry the palate shows a delightful suppleness, rich peach, strawberry and pomegranate fruits delivered with terrific intensity. Finishes very dry with subtle infusions of ripe blood orange and spice. Lively acidity with a long, texturally full and rounded aftertaste.
