Certified organic Shiraz with a splash of Mourvedre. Totally opaque black dark purple colour with a dark purple hue. Youthful blackberry and liquorice scents evolve out of the glass followed by some earthy vanillin cedar, fennel and pepper notes. Medium bodied juicy like flavours of blackberry, liquorice and plum overlay scorched earth and peppered meat elements. Grainy tannins finishing fresh and savoury.
