Pitch black in colour with a deep dark red black hue. The nose is greeted with a mix of peppered meats, scorched earth, leather and spicy dried herb notes. Bright and spicy the palate has a savoury flavour profile of red plums and liquorice infused with dried clove, peppered dried meats and earthy leather characters. Vibrant acidity and slightly chalky tannins with an edgy medium length finish.
