2021 Skillogalee Shiraz

Midnight black dark purple colour with a dark purple hue. Lifted aromas of blackberry and liquorice combine with choc mint, vanillin oak, earth and spice. Medium bodied, rich dark plum, blackberry and chocolate bullet flavours overlay vanillin oak, traces of earth and mint. Fine grained tannins have a slightly dryish feel. Medium length choc mint laced dark fruited conclusion.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
