Brilliant water like core with apricot toned edges. Nosing offers up a mix of pear, apple and subtle musk aromatics followed by some light quince and spice. Delicious pear and red apple skin flavours are underpinned by crisp acidity with quince and subtle infusions of musk on the back half. Finishes dry with a dash of spice and a long zippy flint infused aftertaste.
