2021 Roland Tissier et Fils Sancerre Tradition

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like core with greenish tinged edges. Leaping out of the glass are passionfruit and lime scents which are intertwined with green apple, some herbaceous grassy notes and subtle asparagus. Showing ample concentration are tropical fruit, green apple and lime fruits with subtle herbaceous grassy characters and flinty mineral infusions on the back half. Crunchy acidity with a long refreshing herbaceous mineral tinged aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
