2021 Rob Dolan White Label Pinot Noir

Semi translucent red to dark red colour with black toned edges and a light red hue. Dark cherry, strawberry and rhubarb aromas blossom from the glass complimented by notes of forest floor, dried herbs and brambly cedar. Delicious red to dark cherry and strawberry fruits flood the mouth and provide it with a fleshy feel. Forest floor, dried herb, rhubarb and brambly cedar elements lie underneath. Fine, polished tannins with a long savoury finish that shows some spice.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.

A single-vineyard wine. Light cherry red in colour, this is already showing some tertiary aromas with its red fruits and forest floor/damp earth notes. Similarly forward on the palate, this fleshy, mouth-filling wine lingers nicely and can be enjoyed now and over the next three to four years. Drink by 2027.
