2021 Prometheus Barbera

Semi translucent ruby red in colour with black shaded edges and a bright light red hue. Spicy ripe raspberry and red cherry aromas intermix with red liquorice, earth and peppered herb notes. Lively red raspberry and red cherry fruits are underpinned by crunchy acidity with some light earth and spicy herb characters also present. Slightly dryish tannins with an elegant and energetic finish.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
