2021 Pipers Brook ‘PIPERS’ Pinot Noir

Vibrant cherry red colour with black shaded edges and a crimson red hue. Freshly crushed red cherry aromas are intermeshed with subtle anise, inky forest floor like notes and spicy dried herbs. Light in body with a youthful freshness the palate features juicy red cherry fruits over forest floor, herbs and spice. Bright acidity finishing slightly dryish with fine grained tannins and an elegant mid length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
