Certified organic and preservative free. Impenetrable inky black heart with a very deep bright dark purple black hue. The graphite infused nose also has some spicy dark cherry, barnyard and white pepper notes to it. Succulent dark cherry, plum and red liquorice fruits meld into scorched earth and spicy pepper elements. Lively acidity with slightly chalky tannins and a medium length aftertaste.
