Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Pear, green apple and citrus aromas are followed by flinty mineral notes. Nicely rounded yet brisk in its feel the palate sports an intense flavour profile of pear and citrus fruits which are underpinned by subtle dried honey, a faint nuttiness and spice. Finishes dry and fresh with crisp acidity and a lingering aftertaste.
