2021 Nicola Bergaglio Minaia Gavi

Brilliant water like core with a greenish tinged outskirts. Delightful pear, red apple and lime aromas fill the nostrils with hints of honeysuckle, fresh herbs and slate also chiming in. Racy mineral infused flavours of pear, green apple and lime are delivered with plenty of intensity over a fresh herb and flinty slate back drop. Good textural volume in the mouth finishing dry with electrifying acidity and a long zingy aftertaste. In a word delicious.
