Magnificent colour density featuring an impenetrable inky black heart along with an equally deep black dark red hue. Heady aromas of dark plum, liquorice, dark chocolate and vanillin oak waft through the nostrils with tremendous potency. Mocha, earth and spice notes ensue. Rich, powerful and voluptuous, every corner of the palate is drenched in a tidal wave of lavish dark plum, liquorice, cassis and dark chocolate fruit. Notions of spicy vanillin oak, mocha and earth lurk beneath. Silky smooth yet solidly built tannin structure. Exceptionally concentrated, deep and thick, it concludes long, plush and super seductive. This is serious Shiraz. Dark fruit, chocolate and a long finish that does not clock off.
Deep crimson with a purple core. Blackberry, black plum and blueberry, then dark chocolate, liquorice, cracked pepper and a little cedar. Rich and full. Concentrated fruit on powerful, polished tannin. Plum and blackberry through the middle, mocha, cocoa and savoury spice coming in behind. Oak in its place, acid underneath the weight.
