Brilliant water like colour with a distinct tinge of green to the edges. Scents of lime, lemon and granny smith apple are married to wet steel and chalky mineral notes. Lean and tense, flavours of lime juice and granny smith apple drive the palate with lemon, wet steel and chalky mineral characters on the back half. Finishes tightly wound with crisp, piercing acidity and an elegantly coiled aftertaste.
