2021 Lark Hill Regional Pinot Noir

Twenty five percent carbonic macerated and whole bunch fermented. Semi translucent bright red colour with a light crimson hue. A delightful mix of red cherries, raspberries and strawberries infused with fresh herbs greets the olfactory senses. A discreet hint of spicy earth is also evident. Fresh and juicy the palate has an intense yet simple flavour profile of ripe cherries and raspberries which sits over subtle rhubarb, dried herbs and spice. Silky feel to the tannins concluding long with a youthful vibrancy to the delicious red fruits.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
