Made from a blend of Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah. Very pale salmon pink tinged colour with a watery hue. Fragrant spicy raspberry and strawberry scents intermingle with hints of musk and slate. Light and nicely rounded texturally the palate features raspberry and peach flavours over subtle infusions of musk and wet stones. Brisk acidity finishing dry with an elegant medium length aftertaste.
