Brilliant yellow straw colour with a watery hue. Delightful pear, honeysuckle and baked apple aromas stream from the glass followed by some quince and subtle ginger spice notes. Remarkably fresh and energetic, the palate features delicious pear, Jonathan apple and quince fruits over a honeysuckle and subtle ginger spice back drop. Finishes dry, vibrantly fruited and elegant.
