2021 Jansz Vintage Cuvee

Sculptured, dry and slightly chalky with a vibrant mineral laced finish.

Aged for 3 years on lees. Subsiding into a pale straw coloured base that has pale gold tinged edges is a buoyant mousse. Flowing through its core is a fine persistent bead. Nosing offers up aromas of pear, baked bread and yeast lees which interact with some citrus and toast notes. Crisp acidity sculpts flavours of citrus and pear with some baked bread, roasted almond and yeast less characters the undercard. Dry and slightly chalky it has a vibrant mineral laced finish.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
