2021 Irvine Spring Hill Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with a distinct tinge of green around the edges. Lime zest, lemon and green apple aromas jump out of the glass followed by steely mineral notes. Zesty lime and lemon flavours are underpinned by searing, steely mineral infused acidity. Finishes dry with a taut crunchy aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
