Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge to the edges. Pear, lime and green apple aromas are followed by some flinty mineral notes. Vibrant lime, green pear and granny smith apple fruits are underpinned by crisp acidity. Subtle flinty mineral characters linger on the medium length finish.
