Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green to the edges. Nosing offers up passionfruit, gooseberry and green apple aromas which have a subtle herbaceous grassy overlay. Zesty passionfruit, herbaceous gooseberry and green apple flavours drive the palate with a subtle grassiness lingering in the background. Dry crisp finish with some mineral aspects cutting through on the aftertaste.
