Translucent apricot tinged colour with a watery hue. Delicate pear and red apple skin aromas intermingle with faint Turkish delight and spice notes. Fresh and vibrant yet nicely textured on the palate with tangy pear and red apple flavours melding into blood orange and quince characters. Finishes dry and crisp with a subtlety spiced and brisk aftertaste.
