Matured in French oak barriques for 11 months (28% new). Brilliant water like coloured core with a distinctive greenish tint to the edges. Lifted pear and ripe nectarine aromas intermix with citrus, green apple, subtle biscuity oak and delicate flint notes. Mid weighted, fleshy pear and nectarine fruits sit over traces of dried honey, lime and biscuity oak. Finishes fresh with a medium to long aftertaste that’s nicely finessed.
