2021 Happs Chenin Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Aromas of pear, green apple and lime are followed by some light mineral notes. Intense fleshy pear and apple fruits overlay subtle honeysuckle and a delicate minerality. Nicely rounded on entry it finishes slightly off dry and crisp with a delicious aftertaste.
