Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Nectarine and grapefruit aromas are trailed by light biscuit and gun flint notes. The mid weighted palate shows good underlying freshness with nectarine and pear flavours leading the way. Also present are some subtle dried honey and flint. Finishes dry with an elegant medium length aftertaste.
