Fermented off skins in 70% stainless steel with the balance in old barriques and aged on lees for a few months to build texture.
Bright pale straw colour with a watery hue. Lifted pear and ripe red apple scents mix with hints of honeysuckle and quince. Rich and full of flavour the palate is decorated with ripe pear and Jonathan apple fruits which overlay a honeysuckle and delicate quince back drop. Excellent textural volume in the mouth with brisk acidity and a medium to long well rounded finish.
