2021 Fowles Farm to Table Pinot Noir

Semi translucent red to dark red colour with a light brick red tinged hue. Fragrant aromas of dark cherry, rhubarb, dried herbs, brambly cedar, forest floor and spice greet the nostrils. Delicious cherry, strawberry and rhubarb flavours are layered across the palate with a supple feel. Lying beneath are notions of brambly dried herbs, forest floor and spice. Polished tannins with a spicy medium to long finish that’s quite savoury.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
