Made from a blend of Shiraz, Grenache, Mataro and a small amount of Touriga Nacional. Black as night heart with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Aromas of blackberry, liquorice and dark plum infused with blackpepper and hints of graphite emerge from the glass. Juicy dark raspberry and liquorice fruits overlay subtle vanillin cedar, scorched earth and pepper elements on the mid weighted palate. Fleshy mouth feel and polished tannins finishing with good freshness and a savoury yet quite succulent aftertaste.
