Rich, lush dark to black fruit with an underlying freshness, chewy tannins and a relatively refined finish.

A blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre. Dense midnight black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Intoxicating aromas of black raspberry, black cherry and liquorice engulf the nostrils followed by some herbs du Provence, scorched earth and pepper notes. Rich, lush dark to black raspberry and liquorice fruits flow seamlessly across the palate with scorched earth, herbs du Provence and peppered meats forming the back drop. Good underlying freshness with solidly built tannins lending a chewy feel. The generous yet relatively refined finish showing good tension.
