Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Intense ripe pear, baked apple and honeysuckle scents are trailed by some lime and subtle mandarin notes. Racy lime, mandarin and lemon fruits are underscored by wet slate and flinty mineral elements. Dry finish with zingy acidity and a long mouth wateringly tense aftertaste.
