2021 Devil’s Baie Pinot Gris

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Fresh pear and green apple scents are followed by some delicate lime and spicy musk notes. Delicious fresh pear and green apple fruits have a crunchy feel with some lime and stony mineral characters in the background. Finishes light and dry with zippy acidity and a refreshing mid length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
