2021 Dalla Mia Finestra Pinot Noir

Thirty percent whole bunch inclusion with maturation taking place in French oak barriques (20% new) for a period of 10 months. Semi translucent dark red core with black toned edges and a light red hue. Fragrant red cherry, rhubarb and winter strawberry scents intermix with brambly dried herbs, forest floor and spicy cedar notes. Light in body cherry and rhubarb flavours carry a very elegant feel and only modest depth. Energetic acidity with fresh herb, brambly cedar, forest floor and spice elements also evident. Polished tannins with a fresh, savoury conclusion of medium length.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
