Produced from Nero d’Avola grapes and aged in old French barriques. Translucent rosy pink in colour. Delightful aromatics of spicy pomegranate, raspberry, musk and wet stone flow through the nostrils. Richly styled and very textural the palate is intensely flavoured with pomegranate, cherry and blood orange fruits. Raspberry and wet stone elements fill out the back half. Dry finish with a tang to the acidity and a long supple aftertaste that’s very moreish.
