An unoaked blend of 85% Viura, 10% Malvasia, 3% Sauvignon Blanc and 2% Tempranillo Blanco.
Bright pale straw to straw colour with a watery hue. Lime, pear and green apple scents are trailed by subtle honeysuckle and wet stone notes. Light and fresh yet nicely rounded the palate is decorated with lime and green apple fruits which overlay infusions of fresh herbs and stony mineral elements. Finishes dry and brisk with an invigorating aftertaste.
