Refined and frisky with a delicate creaminess.
Fermented in 100% new French oak puncheons. Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinctive green tint to the edges and a watery hue. Ripe nectarine, peach and bees wax aromas are interwoven with biscuity oak, citrusy nougat and gun flint notes. Fleshy nectarine and peach fruits are underscored by lively acidity. Bees wax, citrusy nougat, infusions of gun flint and biscuity oak elements are also evident. Finishes refined and frisky with a delicate creaminess.
