Wild fermented and aged for 7 months in French oak barriques with regular lees stirring taking place. Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Drifting from the glass are scents of white peach, nectarine and dried honey followed by hints of nougat and gun flint. The elegant mid weighted palate features nectarine, citrus and dried honey flavours over a background of biscuity oak and infusions of gun flint. Fresh acidity with a vibrant, flinty aftertaste.
