2021 Buller Wines The Nook Shiraz

Dense inky black colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Jumping out of the glass are liquorice and ripe blackberry scents which are trailed by vanillin oak, subtle mocha and peppered earth notes. Rich blackberry and liquorice fruits are full and lush across the bold palate with some black cherry, vanillin cedar and spicy earth elements lurking beneath. Ripe, slightly chewy tannins with a long opulently fruited conclusion.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
