2021 Balgownie Black Label Bendigo Shiraz

Rich, plush dark fruits with a sturdy yet velvet like tannin structure and generously endowed finish.

Co-fermented with a small amount of Viognier. Totally opaque black dark red core with a deep dark red hue. Pronounced liquorice, blackberry and dark chocolate aromas stem from the glass trailed by some earthy vanillin cedar and subtle spicy mocha notes. Rich dark chocolate, liquorice and dark plum fruits make a plush entrance with spicy vanillin cedar and earthy mocha characters extending across the back half. Sturdy yet velvet like tannin structure with a generously endowed finish.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
