2021 Ashbrook Estate Chardonnay

Brilliant straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Elevated ripe peach, nectarine and apricot fruits have a gentle citrusy honey like overlay with some biscuity oak and spicy nougat notes also evident. Vibrant citrusy peach and nectarine are underscored by crisp acidity which gives the palate a racy feel. Subtle honeycomb and roasted almond characters lie underneath. Finishes dry and zingy.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
