2021 Adelina Watervale Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a delicate greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of lime and red apple are followed by whiffs of orange blossom, honeysuckle and spice. Crunchy lime juice flavours mix with red apple, infusions of orange blossom and flinty mineral characters. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a tangy like aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
