Produced with 30% whole bunch fruit, maturation taking place in a 50/50 mix of stainless steel vats and old French oak hogsheads for a period of 6 months. Vibrant red in colour with a light purple red hue. Pronounced raspberry scents are followed by red liquorice and ripe cherries with some vanillin confectionary and subtle spice notes also chiming in. Light to medium weight, succulent raspberry, cherry and red liquorice fruits flood the mouth underscored by vanillin confectionary characters. Finishes fresh with a pinch of spicy herbs. Delicious juicy red to dark fruited aftertaste.
