A 100% Gamay sourced from 50+ year-old organically and biodynamically-farmed vines. Semi Carbonic with 8 months maturation in old barrels.
Deep dark red black colour with a bright dark red hue. A fragrant mix of violet, ripe cherries, incense, wild strawberries and spicy earth fills the nostrils. Juicy cherry and strawberry flavours infused with incense, earth and spicy fresh herbs flood the mouth underpinned by lively acidity and polished tannins. Excellent intensity and drive concluding with a long, vibrantly fruited aftertaste.
