2020 Skipjack Sauvignon Blanc

A pure and typical Marlborough style Sauvignon Blanc with grapes sourced from selected vineyard sites in the Wairau Valley. Bright pale straw colour with a watery hue. Intense passionfruit, herbaceous gooseberry and citrus aromas are followed by some light grassy capsicum like notes. Concentrated passionfruit and gooseberry flavours fill the mouth underpinned by herbaceous grassy characters and traces of capsicum. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a long racy aftertaste.
