2020 Simon Tolley Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like core with a faint greenish tinge to the edges. Herbaceous gooseberry and citrus aromas tangle with some grassy asparagus and lightly spiced green bean notes. Refreshing gooseberry and citrus fruits have a light, crisp feel across the palate with some unripe passionfruit and grassy asparagus elements on the back half. Finishes dry with zingy acidity and a brisk aftertaste.
