2020 Russell & Suitor Cazadora Riesling

Brilliant water like core with greenish tinged edges. Aromas of lime juice and lemon leap out of the glass followed by subtle orange rind, wet steel and chalky mineral notes. Very tense and tightly wound with lime and lemon juice flavours carrying a sour like edge. Tangy razor sharp like acidity with steely mineral characters underpinning the fruit. Dry, crunchy mouth puckering finish.
