Matured for 11 months in a mixture of concrete egg and neutral oak barrels. Bright yellow straw colour with a watery hue. Ripe nectarine, yellow peach and lemon butter aromas fill the nostrils with some bees wax, toast and spice also evident. Rich peach and honeycomb flavours sit over a toasty back drop of butterscotch and spicy almond. Creamy textured it finishes dry with a roasted almond character lingering through the aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
