Brilliant very pale straw colour with a subtle tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Intense lime and citrus top notes jump out of the glass followed by orange rind, talc and flinty mineral notes. Zesty lemon and lime fruits race across the palate and show terrific power and concentration. Notions of orange rind, talc and steely mineral characters tail off onto a dry, crunchy laser like finish that’s long and zippy.
